New Years Day Restorative Yoga and Meditation

Join Us Friday January 1st at 2:30 for an all levels restorative yoga class followed by guided meditation (chairs provided if needed). 

In this class you will use props to support 5 comfortable restorative postures.  Each posture facilitates connecting to the 5 layers of self; body, breath, emotions, high mind, and spirit, within different areas of the body.  
A restorative yoga class is soothing for the nervous system, rejuvenating for your immune system, therapeutic for your musculoskeletal system and more.

Very good resolution on this new year! I hope in this year I will also follow some health plan like exercise or yoga something. But thanks to you for setting the example and being the inspiration for us. Keep posting on helpful source.
